David Topazian, PMP, has joined Westin's Chicago office as a Senior Consultant. He brings 16 years of experience in leading technology projects and programs to improve operation and performance in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, he was Assistant CIO for the City of Chicago..
Westin Welcomes Jim Courchaine
Mr. Jim Courchaine has joined Westin as National Director Infrastructure Services, responsible for guiding CMOM and asset management-related consulting throughout the United States. A trusted and distinguished industry leader, Mr. Courchaine will apply 40 years of practical experience to help water, wastewater and storm water utilities implement performance improvement strategies.
Phil Gaberdiel Returns to Westin
Phil Gaberdiel, P.E. has rejoined Westin as National Practice Director, SCADA. He will lead Westin's SCADA Master Planning Services, assisting clients in utilizing technology to improve performance in business and operations.
