David Topazian Joins Westin as Senior Consultant

RANCHO CORDOVA, CALIF. – Westin Engineering, Inc. has named David Topazian, PMP, as a Senior Consultant based in the Chicago office.

Mr. Topazian will contribute to Westin’s growing consulting practice in the areas of technology project and program management.

“Our clients are constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and performance,” said Richard Goodden, Westin’s Vice President, East Region. “Mr. Topazian has a proven history of success in leading new initiatives and improving existing operations in both the public and private sectors.”

Mr. Topazian has 16 years of executive leadership experience in strategic planning and information technology. Most recently, he was Assistant CIO for the City of Chicago, responsible for Project Management Office (PMO), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Process Re-engineering and Special Technology projects.

Throughout his experience, Mr. Topazian has concentrated on utilizing IT as a tool to facilitate measurable business process improvement. Mr. Topazian has a proven track record of success that includes work in industries such as insurance, internet and new media, consumer electronics, government, healthcare, and food and beverage.
